Thank You

Outside of the Screenprinted T's and Limited Edition shoes, I was able to learn about alot of their influences, and I thank them, as much as people put down the industry I was able to take so much away from it, and allow it to introduce me to so much more so I thank you.

The Rock-afire Explosion Movie Trailer from The Rock-afire Explosion on Vimeo.

This is a documentary about the first band that I recognized as musical genius, even if they were just a cover band. The Band was Rock-A-Fire Explosion the Venue was Showbiz Pizza, I don't know how the hell Chuckie Cheese came into play, I remember Chuck when he was a hypeman for the band, then all of a sudden he had stolen the show, at least that's how i remember it. My eyes started to water when i saw the MGMT Electric Feel video for the first time because there they were just like i remember them, Billy Bob Brockali, Looney Bird, Dook LaRue, Fatz Geronimo, Beach Bear, Mitzi Mozzarella, and Uncle Klunk

Canadian Born NYC Artist
When asked about how he finances his work in an interview with Theme Magazine interviewed by Rob Walker "That question hits an important point in my work (and pet peeve), because many people are always interested in how I get work out there, financially. And it’s quite simple. If there’s something I really believe in, I just find a way to make it happen. No daily Starbucks (US$4) or cigs ($8) or dining out ($20), and before you know it you’ve got the money to do something."

For much of his professional life, the Chicago-born and casino-bred, Rosenthal was the country's top handicapper. He was one of a handful of men who literally set the line for thousands of bookmakers from coast to coast.

During the 1970's, and early eighties, Rosenthal ran four Las Vegas casinos simultaneously, including the world famous Stardust Hotel and Casino.Rosenthal is also credited with creatingthe first Race & Sportsbook (Parlor) in Las Vegas. Despite resistance from the traditional casino bosses, who believed exclusively in terms of table games, Rosenthal had spent decades in and around the sports world to know that it could be the motherlode of casino betting. He created a space-age theater-like Race and Sportsbook at the Stardust Hotel & Casino that was copied by every casino on the strip.

In the 1970's, Frank Rosenthal hosted a top-rated television variety show direct from the world famous Stardust Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. Every show was nothing short of spectacular as Frank was joined by a galaxy of Las Vegas's brightest stars, TV and Hollywood celebrities, sports champions and handicappers. While the Frank Rosenthal Show was on the air, Frank had interviewed Frank Sinatra, O.J. Simpson, Muhammed Ali, Tommy Lasorda, Billy Martin, Jim Brown, Dick Butkus, Siegfried & Roy and Mr. Hollywood Bob Hope (He's 95 years young), and many more. Enjoy Frank's unique perspective of the stars as you reminisce with these selected photos from the Frank Rosenthal Show.

I think they released this movie, I remember my parents watching it for a couple of days because it was a mini series. When I was younger back then I had no appreciation for it, I was just waiting to play Atari.

Jacob Miller - Mixed up Moods

I know you won't listen to the whole song but listen to the first 30 sec and when you get a chance go and listen to the whole thing

Music on the rocks please

I like my music served cold, i don't care what bottle it comes out of, as long as it moves me, for a long time i put music in categories until i just started putting my music on shuffle and just enjoy the sounds as they come in

Do I like art?

Sometimes I can look at a painting and say I don't get it. The way I was able to get over what I didn't get was to look beyond the canvas or whatever medium was used and look at the passion that the artist put into the piece, sometimes you can look at art and see the struggle, the insecurities, the message that someone is trying to convey. I was then able to appreciate, critiquing art to me is like critiquing opinions, if they are genuine they are going to be different, they are going to create argument a healthy dose of new perspective, I use to feel out of place when i didn't understand a piece but now that i can look beyond the visual and appreciate the passion I can't stop staring.

Cuba

Besides the arguing couple, I loved watching the old cars go down the street, that goes to show you, the decrease in quality of automobiles, those cars are at least 40 years old and they still looked good, yeah im sure some type of maintenence was done but damn i would love to be riding around in a 63 Lincoln, I think I like older cars because of the craftsmanship and the detail that went into them, and they just look good!

A cufflink (also cuff link or cuff-link) is a decorative fastener worn by men or women to fasten the two sides of the cuff on a dress shirt or blouse.

Cufflinks are designed only for use with shirts which have buttonholes on both sides but no buttons. These may be either single or double-length ("French") cuffs, and may be worn either "kissing," with the ends pinched together, or "barrel-style," with one end overlapping the other. Kissing cuffs are usually preferred.

Cufflink designs vary widely. The simplest design consists of a short post or chain connecting two disc-shaped parts. The part positioned on the most visible side is usually larger; a variety of designs can connect the smaller piece: It may be small enough to fit through the button hole like a button would; it may be separated and attached from the other side; or it may have a portion that swivels on the central post, aligning with the post while the link is threaded through the button-hole and swiveling into a position at right angles to the post when worn.

The visible part of a cufflink is often monogrammed or decorated in some way. There are numerous styles including novelty cufflinks, traditional cufflinks, contemporary cufflinks, utility cufflinks, and humorous cufflinks.

A shoe tree is a device approximating the shape of a foot that is placed inside a shoe to preserve its shape, stop it from developing creases and thereby extend the life of the shoe.

Higher quality shoe trees are made from solid wood, usually cedar which helps control odor and absorb moisture. Wooden shoe trees are often made with two or three pieces of solid wood with a solid metal stem inserted between the heel piece and the single or double toe piece/s which have a spring action so the trees fit more snuggly into the shoes. They often have handles or brass knobs at the heel piece for the fingers to grasp and pull out the trees from the shoe when removing them.

Robert and his Laws

robert greeneSo it a real good chance you might have read or atleast heard about one of his books, 48 Laws of Power, some laws of seduction, couple laws on war, even Curtis got in the mix, well this is Robert Greene, he has all these books, they read like great history books, if they would have made history books the way he makes his books , I think more kids would want to learn about it, In his books he explains ideas that you already know if your criminal minded like us, he just gives you facts and scenarios a great read though, i definetly suggest the books if you haven't read them, i rip off the cover so nobody can know that i'm reading a criminal handbook to success

We always have the right answer

There's always gonna be a time in your life where you feel like your not sure, at that same time we all usually get our answer but we ignore it, some call it our conscious, some say intuition, and some call it first mind, most of the time when we follow our first mind we only have to think about it one time...

Artist with a Attitude, watch this video on how him and Sotheby's planned on making around $120 million in two days

Originally I was skeptical about new shoe brands, Gourmet definitely restored my faith, it took me a while to buy those canvas joints that looks like the #7 Jordies, then they just kept doing it, taking classic shoes and giving us their interpretation of them, they say that love conquers all and you can see through their work that their love for footwear definitely conquer the rest. So thank Jon T. Buscemi,Greg Lucci, and Greg Johnsen for loving footwear

The Guy with That Guy

Terry Richardson and Obama , both do it well, I watched a clip of Terry Richardson when he was saying how they use to laugh at him when he showed up to shoots, with a reggie miller point and shoot camera, like.."where's the real camera at" passion is a must, do what you love and it will love you

Get "Off That"

The guy interupted the President during his healthcare speech by calling him a liar. The other guy interupts an acceptance speech of a music video, they get the same coverage...Seriously!!??
I remember the first time browsing through thefader.com and them talking about a song "Day and Night" I couldn't stop listening to it, then i heard that damn mixtape he put out, I was forever sold as a fan, make sure you go out and get his CD its worth it, he's a true artist cause he's not scared to be himself, he makes GOOD MUSIC, ironically on a label called G.O.O.D Music

Anthony D'Offay Loves The Kids

Comes up on a art collection of goods from Andy Warhol,Jeff Coons, Damien Hirst, etc... and more for about $26 million, that is worth about $130 million, sales it to a UK gallery for the same price he got it for, with the condition that the gallery has to make sure it goes on tour throughout the UK,so the youth 18 and under get to see the art
The idea shouldn't be that complicated if it is "oh well"
